Submission Guidelines


NALAD invites all researchers, writers, students (both UG & PG), lawyers, academicians, professionals, scholars, and all others who wish to submit well-curated content.


Any topic relating to different issues faced by the people of our country when it comes to legal aid related to any subject matter of law or anything related to the same.


The articles will be selected after a review process (done by the experts associated with NALAD), which will include a peer review by the editorial board of the NALAD at the first level. Nature of Submissions: Blog: 1000-1500 words (inclusive of footnotes).

Co-authorship is not allowed.


All the entries must be typewritten in *.doc or *.docx format.

The submission should strictly follow the following rule:

  1. Font – Times New Roman
  2. Font size – 12
  3. Line spacing – 1.5
  4. Alignment – justified
  5. 19th Edition of Bluebook should be followed for citation.
  6. The content should be the original work of the writer and should not have been given to any other competition or for any publication and should not consist of any plagiarism.
  7. The permissible amount of plagiarism is only 10%.
  8. Copyright over the published material shall vest with National Association For Legal Aid & Development (NALAD).
